merry ~ merry MTSC100

I have a couple of cards for you today using some more of the new releases byLORidesigns. My first card uses Lollipop Tanner and Christmas Tree which were just released.

This card was inspired by this weeks sketch over at Lord Have Mercy and along with the great sketch I used my new Echo Park "everybody loves christmas" papers and some of my handmade wrinkle ribbon. Wasn't so sure about the pink but I think I like it.

This next card is a just because I love the image card and wanted to color it up right away. This is also one of Lori's newest releases called "snow family" and it can be found here.

Along with the image I used a Sizzix embossing folder and some more of my handmade wrinkle ribbon, a couple of martha Stewart Snowflakes, and some bakers twine from the twinery.

What do you think of this cute little family?

Don't forget you have until Sunday to enter my birthday give away for some of my handmade ribbons. I just counted and I currently have about 20 different colors in stock.

Enjoy!

splash ~ more Olivia

This is my second post today and I wanted to share with you another  scrapbook layout I did of Micah and a card using the new BasicGrey line "Olivia".

For this layout I used some new papers that we got in at Anchor Paper they are by Imaginisce called "splash dance". I added a few BasicGrey buttons and some American Crafts "thickers".

I apologize for my photo I am trying to figure out how to photograph my layouts. This layout is for a new sketch challenge I found over at design dollies.

I also did a quick card using some of the BasicGrey "olivia" papers and "woolies" and the sketch challenge over at Mercy's "Tuesday Sketch Challenge".

Hope you enjoy!

I'm Back

My little mini vacation was cut a little shorter than I had planned as my sister when we got to her house was sick with allergies and bronchitis. So instead of trying to hang out with her we decided to come home and will go back at the end of June and try it again.

This is a card that I started last week before I left and wanted to get it posted. The card is for the sketch over at MTSC75.

I used some of my Cosmo Cricket "DeLovely" papers as well as a digital image from Sassy Cheryl's. I colored with my Copic markers and added some glossy accents to the water.

Hope you enjoy!

fun

Happy Friday and if things go as I planned you should be reading this post while I am working the garage sale in Eagan.

I bought a few new Pure Innocence digital stamps this week and am just having so much fun coloring them in and picking colors to match my papers. Or should I say trying to pick colors to match my papers.

Speaking of new I went to Archivers over in Roseville today to use my 30% coupon and get my free 12x12 paper for the month and was so excited to see that they had both Cosmo Cricket 6x6 pads that I have been looking for in stock. I got both Garden Variety and Material Girl as well as some more of those fabulous tiny type stickers.

My sketch inspiration for this card is from MTSC74.

Hope you have a great weekend. Enjoy!
