Inspiration Tuesday ~ BLD

A quick card to share with you that I created using Puddle Jumper Little Storm by Lori Boyd.

This little guy was so much fun to color and took very little time. I used papers from one of my old My Minds Eye paper pads and the leaves are from an Impression Obsession leaf die.

It is once again my day to showcase a card over on the PoppyStamps blog so I hope you will stop over and say hi.

For todays card I am once again using some of the new cling stamps and dies from the 2013 Holiday release.

My card uses the Giovanna Snowflake die, Mountain Top Trees die and cling stamp and the sentiment is from May Your Holiday Sparkle. The snowflake that I stamped in the background is one that I cut apart from the sentiment stamp.

Time for a new challenge over at By LORi Designs and our theme for this challenge is Trick or Treat.

This cute image by Lori called "Pedal Pusher Ghost Girl" is just perfect for this challenge. I made her bigger than normal did a little bit of coloring and added some glossy accents to the pumpkin to make it pop.

I must admit that I am loving the fall weather that we are having here in Minnesota and it helps put me in the mood to make Christmas cards.

celebrate fall

I think fall has finally arrived here in Minneapolis and I have to admit this is my favorite season. The trees in our yard are just starting to turn beautiful shades of yellow, orange and brown. We even turned on the heat for the first time this season.

Here is a little card I created using a stamp by Mo' Manning and I thought it was just perfect to showcase here today.

I colored the image with Copics and used papers and enamel dots by My Minds Eye.

Vintage Mother Love

This week at A Day for Daisies Tammy has a great new release for us called 'Vintage Mother Love' and also a challenge. Our challenge for the next two weeks is to add some flowers to your card.

I got to work with the image called 'vintage mother flower' and I used my favorite method of working with digi images which is Copics and paper piecing.

I used papers from the BasicGrey collection 'hipster' and created the hand rolled rose and leaves.

I also used this weeks sketch over at Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge.
