thank you

I am up on the PoppyStamps blog today sharing this quick Thank You card that I put together to send out after the holidays.

I love when a card idea comes together just like you imagined it would.

I used two cling stamps 'thank you so much' and 'woodland berries'. Both which were from the holiday release.

I colored with copic markers and added some glossy accents.

Thanks for stopping by my blog today it really means a lot to me.

PoppyStamps ~ Christmas Tag Blog Hop

Today we are having a blog hop and each of the members of the PoppyStamps design team have created a Christmas Tag.

If you are following the blog hop you should have arrived here from Rudlis/Irena's blog.  You can get all the details including what candy we are giving away here.

Now let's see what I created for this hop!

For my tag I used the 'string of ornaments' die and cling stamp along with the 'may your holiday sparkle' cling stamp.

I colored the ornaments with copic markers and then added some glitter and glossy accents over them.

Your next stop on the blog hop should be Sherry Hester's blog. Make sure you start at the beginning and leave comments on all the designers blogs as well as the PoppyStamp blog as we have hidden 3 prizes along the way.

You have until December 8th to leave a comment for a chance to win and winners will be posted on the PoppyStamps blog on December 9th.

If you get lost along the way here is a full list of everyone in the hop.

 ~ hugs Sherry ~

Supply List
Stamps: May your Holiday Sparkle and String of Ornaments (PoppyStamps)
Ink: Tuxedo Black (Memento)
Paper: Solar White (Neenah)
Other: String of Ornaments die (PoppyStamps), Copic Markers, Hand dyed ribbon (me), ribbon (May Arts), Pop Dots, Glossy Accents, Glitter Pen (Wink of Stella), Rock Candy Stickles (Tim Holtz)

December Daily 2013 ~ Day 1

Those of you that know me or follow my blog know that I love mini albums and I love December as I get to start working on my December Daily album.

Here is the first few pages in my book. I want to say thanks to my Friend Victoria who has encouraged me as I started working on it and who also did a lot of my Silhouette cutting files for me.

Sorry the photos aren't the greatest but I just took them with my phone and uploaded direct from there.

The front cover. I don't do too much to the front and on the spine I have December Daily 2013.

Page One

Backside of page One ~ I am going to add some confetti, sequins and faux snow and then sew it shut.

Another intro page opposite the 25 days page. It is a page protector cut in half and a file tab added to the side. I saw Ali Edwards do this and decided to scraplift the idea.

The back of this half page. I used a photo overlay by Ali Edwards.

Day One ~ December 1st our Elf on the Shelf Hermey arrived. I named him after the Elf in the movie Rudolph and the island of misfit toys. My friend Victoria mailed me that beautiful gold Eckblad Family Christmas cut.

I am using lots of gold in this years album along with sheet music and book pages.

A close up of the picture from the first day of my 2013 December Daily.

Thanks for stopping by my blog today it really means a lot to me.
