Thanks Arielle

Have you ever saw a card and loved it so much that you knew you just had to copy it!

The moment I saw this card by Arielle Gordon I knew that I was going to immediately buy that cute digi image that she used and then copy her layout. I could not help myself.

Here is the card I created totally copying her layout.

Okay, now I am off to confess to Arielle what I have done. I absolutely love her style and coloring and hope some day to be half as good as she is at it.

Thanks for stopping by my blog today and leaving me your comments. It really means a lot to me. ~ hugs Sherry

frankenstein

I was watching videos on You Tube (thanks Angie) and came across one to create a Frankenstein using the top note die by Stampin' Up.

In the tutorial she used a pleated glassine bag in the middle of the front and back to hold some halloween goodies. I didn't have a bag with a pleat so had to improvise on mine. Now I am on the hunt to find some bags with pleats so I can do these for a few of my favorite little ghost and goblins.

Thanks for stopping by to look and if you have any questions leave a comment.

trick or treat ~ treat

My great niece Cassie spent the night this past weekend and we worked on her Halloween Treats for her 5th grade class. Usually, we do treat bags but this year we did a little something different.

Our little treat cards were perfect for this weeks challenge over at Whimsie Doodles.

Enjoy!

Project Tuesday ~ Tunnel Card

Well it is that time again ~ time for another Project Tuesday and this weeks project was to make a tunnel card. If you aren't sure how to make one stop on over to Project Tuesday for the instructions.

I decided to make a Halloween Card this week. My intentions were to use my new Memory Box "blackbird" papers, but by the time I finished with the inside of the card and then went out to decorate the front the papers no longer matched. (hate when that happens)

Hopey you Enjoy and if you get a chance stop over and play along with us this week.

~ supplies ~
paper: pop-tone orange and green cs, neenah solar white and epic black cs
stamps: stampendous
ink: ranger
accessories: may arts ribbon

BOO

I know you are asking yourself why am I doing a Halloween post, well the picture I have happens to work with this weeks challenge over at Sketches by Tamara. This is my first time doing a challenge over here and I think I will be doing quite a few in the coming weeks.

I love this Halloween photo of Cassie Jo and Micah. This is an 8x8 page that will go into Micah's scrapbook and I still need to do one for Cassie's book which is a 12x12.
Enjoy!
